Friendly, tidy professional lodger / housemate

I'm a 47-year-old single gay male currently looking for a room, somewhere I can stay long-term. Originally from Cornwall, I've now lived in London for 20 or so years, with some breaks to live in both Thailand and Australia. I'm looking to rent a room (BILLS INCLUDED) in north or east London. I'm looking for an UNFURNISHED room as I have some furniture. I'd prefer en-suite to save the occasional pain of a shared bathroom, but that's not fixed. I need space for working at home (I'm a freelance digital content manager) and broadband. And I’m looking for housemates with good vibes! I'm a social animal with a dry sense of humour who is curious and likes to connect with new people, while also liking my own space from time to time. I am also super-tidy, don't smoke and have no pets. I can provide references from previous housemates and landlords, and need to give ONE MONTH'S NOTICE on my current place.
