PhD student seeking room in friendly house

Hello!

I am looking for a double room in a sociable, tidy house from summer onwards (move-in flexible), as I am sadly leaving my lovely current flat due to a change in the landlord's circumstances.

I am an art history PhD student and associate lecturer, with an additonal part time job in arts administration. I almost always work from the library rather than from home in order to maintain a good work-life balance. I am particularly interested in Finsbury Park, Stroud Green, Crouch Hill, Kentish Town, Islington, or Angel.

I enjoy cinema-going, pub trips, museum and gallery visits, and pilates. I am a tidy and considerate housemate, and am hoping to find a flat with an easy-going and friendly vibe, and somewhere which is nice to come home to!
