Creative looking for a Pet friendly home

Hey! I’m Ambz (He/They), 33, and on the hunt for my next cosy place to call home.

By day I’m a Senior Product Designer, creating accessible and inclusive apps and websites. I’m currently in between roles, so I’m looking for a DSS-friendly place, but when employed my salary is around £60k and I’ve got savings to comfortably support myself while interviewing.

Outside of work I’m a big creative 🔮 I love drawing, painting, pottery, and even designing my own clothes. I’m a genuinely good cook and baker (happy to share!), love discovering new music and artists, and I feel most at peace when I’m near water, surrounded by greenery, or soaking up a bit of sunshine 🌿🌅
I’m also a proud plant parent, pretty handy around the house, enjoy a good thrift store find, and I’m naturally clean, tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I love a home that feels calm, friendly, and looked after.

Pets (open to discussion)

I’d ideally love to bring both pets, but I’m very flexible and open to conversation. If needed, family can take Toby, meaning I’d bring just Aragorn.
• Toby – a 15-year-old Patterdale rescue I’ve had for 13 years. Super chilled, quiet, in great health, and happiest snoozing in the sun or having a cuddle.
• Aragorn – a 3-year-old Bengal x Maine Coon. Very calm, sweet-natured, and low key- usually found watching the world from a window or napping in the sunshine ☀️

Both are well-settled, well-loved, and used to living in shared homes.

What I’m looking for
I’m looking for a place where I can properly settle in, make it feel like home, and live with kind, like-minded people, whether that’s a friendly house share or a live-in landlord situation.

I’ve been a lead tenant for the past 7 years across London and Manchester, so I’m used to taking responsibility, communicating well, and respecting both people and property.

I’m currently looking in Crewe, Manchester, Warrington, and Liverpool.
