Friendly, polite clean, considerate, great cook

I'm 44 years old, I work for LDN sash window co Monday to Friday, I've worked in construction for 20 years and been a professional chef for 8, I was born and raised in southwest London, lived in Kent and Surrey for a while and returned to London 4 years ago, I'm considerate and polite and easy to get along with, usually the guy who fixes things when they break, very creative, I like to cook, draw and play golf in my spare time, I'm very clean, I been living in same place for last 7 years and just want more living space as we have no shared living room here or garden and the room is a bit on small side and rent keeps creeping up, I'm currently saving to convert a van so I can go off grid and travel Europe and save to buy a place of my own outright eventually.
