Looking For Sociable/Easygoing House Or Buddy Up

Hiya, I’m 27 looking for a double room in either a small house share with a couple others or to buddy up. Happy to live with boys, girls and anything in between.
Pretty easygoing as a housemate, I’m clean enough but if you hate mess I’m prob not for you. I like nights out anywhere from a pub sesh to a rave, eating out, drinking etc also chill eves watching telly. Ideally wanna live with people similar, sociable and wanna be mates with. Up for meeting first see how we get on. I’m from chesterfield so I pop between sheff-chez a fair bit.
I work in sheff centre typical working hours, 37 hours n hybrid working, so wfh anywhere between 1-5 days a week.
I don’t drive so looking for somewhere walkable to centre, but open to location beyond that. Happy with house or a flat, but I do want at least a little outdoor space, especially since I smoke the occasional cig so a lil balcony at minimum really. Somewhere with monthly commitment rather than yearly as maybe one day eventually I’ll buy somet, but that’s not planned for yet and I’m not nearly responsible enough for that yet.
Looking to move in in June.
