Working professional looking for quite home

Hey,
I’m currently looking for a nice comfortable place to live in Leeds around the areas of headingley, kirkstall and hawksworth and looking to move in form now. Ideally I need a comfortable environment and somewhere with enough space for me to fit my art supplies and furniture (bookshelves, bedside table, bed if possible otherwise I can put into storage and other items I have) . A friendly group that respects boundaries as I had wanted to live alone. Tidy and clean in communal areas as I have spent too long cleaning up other housemates mess in the past. I have a car so I need to be able to park at or close to the property. I work at the university of Leeds however I would not like to live with students. If the rent was between £450-£550 that is ideal. I like to live my own life and have quiet evenings in, I enjoy a night out down call lane and Halloween is my favourite. I bake and love to celebrate birthdays including baking a cake if I can. If you think I’d be a good fit please contact me.
