Quiet and easy going female tenant :)

Hi, I am 50 (but totally and forever young at heart :D) female (, Polish nationality, excellent English, easy going, good sense of humour. loving travelling). I am a very quiet tenant, like keep myself to myself :))
I look for a room:
- around 550 monthly (incl bills)
- from around 01.08.2025
I may be absent for longer periods as I am working as a Live-in carer and often going abroad. But I hope to work also as Uber driver in Greater London, so my working pattern may change . I have a car.
I would like min. 12 m rent, as I am looking for permanent place to stay. I have been living in my current place for over 4 years, moving only because the house has been sold.
Female flatmates preferred. Or mixed.
What is important for me - clear rules about chores , cleanliness of shared space (bathroom!), respecting each other.
