Looking for a room to rent and/or buddy up

Hi, potential new housemates! 👋

I have recently started a new role in Brentford and a part of my contract is that I need to move closer to my workplace.

I'd be moving from a 2 bedroom house in Hertfordshire, which I have fully furnished myself with high-quality furniture. I love interior design and have an abundance of plants! (Seriously there are loads) :-)
I'd also be happy to sell everything if moving into a ready-furnished place.

I work as a Charity Manager in Brentford and work out of the house during the week. I occasionally need to work from home, but for the most part, I'm out.

I'd be new to the area so ideally would love a housemate/s that I can be social with. I love a glass of wine, brunches, and evenings out.

I'm very chilled and keeping a clean home is super important to me. I've always been houseproud and would love to replicate that in my new home. Happy to increase my budget for somewhere super stylish in a nice area.

My dog Narla is super friendly with humans although unfortunately not with other animals... If you have birds/hamsters/fish etc then that's totally fine! although other Cats and Dogs wouldn't work unfortunately. She can be a little needy and doesn't understand personal space! So living with a fellow dog lover is a must.

I've put a move in from October, however I could move sooner for the right place and buddy up.
