NMITE Student Looking for Room

A student studying at NMITE, looking for a room within a house-share, or a buddy-up for a property. Living in Hereford permanently, and looking to move in by August 1st. Studying full-time on campus from 9-5, and more than happy to keep to myself when at home.

I don't care for a garden, am comfortable with flats, studios, or annexes, and have no hard preferences beyond being within a reasonable commute to the campus in HR4.

As far as rooms go, I have a preference for unfurnished, as I own enough furniture to get by. I only require enough space for a bed, a long desk, plus enough floorspace to lift weights in.

Regarding housemates, I have no preferences beyond kind and inoffensive people. Comfortable with any kind of fruity, gender identity, and what have you.
