I prefer a clean, tidy house and social flatmates, who understand personal boundaries but wouldn't mind sharing a glass of wine after work or going out for coffee/dinner/drinks every now and then.
I'd prefer a double room with space to WFH, ideally ensuite but not necessary, would be great if there parking for a car and space for a bike. Also an advocate for outdoors so a garden/patio would also be a big plus.
