Flat in Birmingham and flatmate

I'm a secondary school teacher currently living in a flat in the Jewellery Quarter and I'm looking for a flatmate for the next school year (tenancy starting August) and a flat in/around this area. I'm a sociable person but also like my own space so can live easily with most people. I'm a light sleeper so snoring/lots of people round late at night all the time is a no from me. Happy to live with one other person or with a few people - just want to get to know them well enough beforehand.
