Looking for house share

Hello, I'm a working musician and soon to be third year engineering student looking for other professionals or mature students to share a house with. I'm a tidy and mindful housemate and don't play my instrument at home either. I love to socialise with housemates but am also happy doing my own thing. I'm a bit older than my coursemates so am also looking forward to living with and meeting people a bit closer to my age.

I'm looking to move at the end of September but can be flexible with dates. I'm ideally looking for a house share in the S10 area or near the University but would be fine with a longer commute if I found a nice group of people and nice house.
