Looking to move ASAP

Hi, I'm Angela,
I'm looking for somewhere to live in Nottingham before the end of September.
I'm 25 and easy going and clean, I keep to myself but also try to be helpful and considerate. I love art, music, philosophical discussions, all kinds of science, being outside and walking, etc.
Looking for somewhere close to stations or public transport with easy going, relaxed and considerate people, persons or a studio.
I'm opening to starting a new flat share with 1 other person as this will be cheaper than a room and give us both more space and freedom, but with more people comes the complications of official HMOs.
My only strong preference other than close to stations is I'd like a bath. A garden would be nice but I can't have it all. I have a small, amazing dog who can stay with my mum if needed but I would rather he relocate with me. He is very loving and sweet, short haired, quiet and clean. I am happy to discuss this and you are welcome to meet him before-hand.
I will be a mature student moving from Essex but having worked for some years I have savings and will probably work part-time whilst studying, I am not interested in the classic student lifestyle so you will not have to concern yourself noise, late night partying or mess.
