Looking for affordable house or buddy up

Hey,

I am a mature student studying Veterinary medicine at ULAN. Me and my two cats are looking for a double room in a house in or around Preston centre. A little garden/outdoor space would be preferred. I am really friendly but also quiet and respectful.

I am naturally a very clean and tidy person but I'm also easy-going. I would rather have a pint and a catch up in a beer garden than a massive night out. I love the outdoors, going camping, hiking and running, stuff like that, but also enjoy playing games or a Netflix night in. I am vegetarian, living with a non-veggie wouldn't bother me but it would be nice to be able to have meals together sometimes :)

The cats are called Remy and Ripley, they are both very sweet, Remy prefers time playing outside and Ripley loves a good cuddle.
