1/Bed / Studio / Decent Ensuite in a Decent Flat

Hiya
I work in construction/project management within high-end/prime/super prime residential sector.

Looking for a beautiful (clean, cared for) studio/1-bed/2-bed (to share) until I buy my own property.

I am easy going and friendly, sincere and empathic, kind, I quite independent, some call it being soft, I'll take it ;)

I am self- responsible, I don't rely on anyone for my well being, physical or emotional.
I am reliable and trust worthy, clean and respectful of others' boundaries and their belongings, I will only rent from/share with, such individuals.
I have made my way up the management ladder very quickly with limited skillset and experience due to development of those qualities.

If I were to share, it should be done with Love and Truth. Gender, creed, ethnicity, orientation makes no difference.
With sincere, humble, transparent communication. With self-responsibility and respect for one another. All of us are equal, color, creed or circumstance.
We should feel free and safe to express ourselves and address any issues sincerely (Truth) without projecting demands, pressure, hate at one another and overstepping boundaries (Love). Win-Win.

I feel it is about moral and ethical development of a person.

I am very active, I like running, spin classes, dance classes, some boxing, yoga, HIIT or Barrys, road trips, picnics, cafe hopping... going for a forest bike ride...

I don't smoke or drink, when I go out with people it is for dinners, networking, cafe hopping, picnics, galleries etc

I am only interested in a decent property, meaning clean, maintained and looked after with care. Any place I live at I take care of as if it was my own.
Because it kind of is as I am paying for it

Conversely, I will gladly rent a 2 bed flat or move in with someone responsible, reliable, clean, mindful, and honest.

Areas of interests: Chiswick (close to work), Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington/South Kensington, NH, Bayswater, Paddington, Richmond, Kew, Hampstead, Highgate.

I lived in Chelsea for years, recently moved out due to rent increases that didn't match the flat's value.
