Large double room or granny flat wanted

I am a quiet and considerate lodger who works as a professional ghostwriter. I am looking for a quiet and peaceful room (or self-contained apartment) to live in.

I work from home and am often completely immersed in my writing. In my down time I enjoy cooking, reading, watching films and sitting in the sun.

I am open-minded about who I live with and am committed to maintaining a clean and calm environment.

I do require bookshelves but am happy to source them and put them up myself. I would also like to put up a pull-up bar and some artwork - again at my own expense.
