Two (2) professionals with cat !

We are two professionals (jay, 35, tattoo artist (she/they) and Cassie, 21, freelance illustrator (she/they), with cats, currently looking for 2 nice double rooms, somewhere quiet. I work in Dalston, Cassie works from home.
We’re looking for rooms anywhere north and east london, as long as it it within an hour of Dalston, ideally via overground. We favour living somewhere spacious and closer to nature over a short commute to work.
Our cats are the sweetest boys, loves to have attention and like to chat (like literally he will come and chat with you), social and playful once they warm up to you.

I (Jay) am French, vegan (I don’t mind living with non vegans as long as it’s in a respectful and open minded environment), quiet, non smoker and mindful of the people living with me, I’m interested in a lot of things, from art to feminism to anime (we can discuss how the two oppose at length), wellness, history, culture, sociology, travels, food... the list could go on.
Cassie is cat-mum first and artist second (quoting her own words). She enjoys meeting new people and loves to learn! You’ll most probably find her cleaning something, drawing or planting but a conversation goes a long way!

We are open for buddying up because ideally, if We can find likeminded people, We’d love to build a home from scratch where we can have something warm, safe and stable that feels like a little community because that’s what we need especially in times like this.
Jay is available to move around late May/ early June, Cassie is available to move in early May but can wait until early June if needed.
Something We’re actively looking for is people after a quiet home life, the occasional dinners with friends are of course more than welcome but no parties.
