29 professional looking for place around east ldn

Hiya!!

I’m looking for a flatshare in East London as my landlord is selling our currently place.

I work 8 - 6ish Monday-Friday & try to be in the office 5 days a week, however having a desk would be beneficial for when I can’t.

Looking for a place that’s quite chill but happy to socialise! Prefer making a place feel like a home rather than a temporary stopping place. I'm very clean and tidy & like to take pride in my home so would probably get on best with people who are the same :)

My weekends are usually filled with seeing friends, finding new food places (I’m a pastry fiend), gigs, events, running etc. Ideally I’d like to move in with people who would like the same but I also have my own friends in London to do so with!

Weekday evenings are pretty chill for me, some gym, some park relaxing, although I'm always up for a post work pint

My preference for areas would be Bethnal Green, Hoxton, Dalston, Shoreditch, Stepney Green and London fields but I’m open to places further out!

Max budget for rent + bills is £1150ish

I do love to bake so please expect batches of cookies and brownies I’ll need you to test!
