Long term friendly tenancy wanted!!

Hey! I'm Beth and I'll be turning 27 in July, aswell as starting a new research role in the same month. I'm from Birmingham (haters gonna hate, but we still be great ✌🏾), flexible with moving date but around August is ideal for me! I'm a big fan of the Tooting area but open to anywhere that has good links into the centre. I will be working hybrid so would need a space to work from home also.

So a little info about me! I'm really big on travelling and love to get away whenever I can, I really appreciate having a good and respectful relationship with housemates but appreciate that some people need their space and that's cool to! Love a good board game but I can get a bit competitive so be warned 😬
