Looking for a decent room in/around Abingdon!

Hi!

I’m looking for a good sized room to rent within commutable distance of the OX12 area with decent transport routes so I can get to and from work early in the mornings. I’m 30, Northern Irish and currently working as an archaeologist near The Maples in Grove.

I’m happy to share with girls, guys or a mix of the two, but would rather share with other young professionals rather than students (although mature students would be grand). I’m pretty tidy so would definitely prefer to share with others who are similar on that front, and although my wild student days are firmly in the rear view mirror, I still enjoy a few pints every now and then over the rugby (…I’m Irish) or a nice glass of red wine with a late night episode of Law & Order.

If you have a room to let and think I might be a good fit for it, feel free to drop me a message and I’ll get back to you whenever I’m free. I’m particularly interested in live-in landlords, but that’s not a deal-breaker.

Summary: 30, female, non-smoker, upper budget ~£750 p/m including bills, but could be willing to go a tiny bit higher for the perfect place. Would definitely prefer to pay less though, obvs 😅
