31 yr old professional looking for a home

Hi folks,


A quick bit about me - my name is Josh, work in tech and I'm 31; originally from Sunderland and lived in London for a few years up until February when I moved back north.

Now I'm looking to move back and find somewhere I can settle rather than moving every year!
I see my home as my escape from the world a little bit, so looking for somewhere quiet above all else, and somewhere I can retreat to and always feel comfortable.


I have a tonne of different interests ranging from football, theatre, board games, hiking (amongst others) so would be great to share with people who share some of these.

Currently working remotely for a tech company based in Barbican and will be working from the office at least 2/3 days a week, so should be easy not for things to get too cramped through the week if you already wfh often.

Will have to do viewings over video call which I appreciate isn't ideal, but hopefully we can still get an idea of if we think we could live together, which is the most important thing.
