Spare room for couple around Brighton

We are looking for an accommodation not far from Brighton.

We are a couple from the UK, we have been together for 4 years, we are looking for an accommodation with parking.

We are a very relaxed couple, we are very clean and can provide references.

We would like to live with people in a similar age group to us 20 - 30 ish, we are quite social so it would be nice to be able to have a beer on a Friday night with house mates!

We love windsurfing, spending time outside and getting involved in everything Brighton area has to offer. We also are big advocates for some relaxation, I'm a yoga teacher currently undergoing some extra teaching qualifications so I would be more than happy to do communal house yoga!
