Looking for a friendly home!

Hi! I’m Kam (they/them), I’m 29 and looking for a safe, cosy place to call home for me and my cat! I’ve lived in south east London in a queer house share for 4 years and hoping to stay in the area. I'm looking to move in December/January (current lease finishes on 19th December).

I work for a mental health charity and like cooking, sauna, outdoor swimming and cinema. I’m hoping to start therapy training in the near future and I’m enjoying learning about tarot, yoga nidra and journalling. I’m a kind, caring and friendly person 💞 I’d describe myself as an introverted extrovert - I love spending time with friends and family, but finding as I reach 30 that I do need downtime here and there to decompress!

I’m ideally looking for a queer/queer friendly 2 or 3 bed, open to joining an existing house/flat or buddying up and finding somewhere together. I’d love to live in a communal and caring way, and hopefully become friends with the people I live with 💖 With previous housemates, we’ve sometimes cooked together, watched movies, and done bits and bobs to make the house a home - e. g. repainting, gardening, putting up shelves and adding new plants and furniture. The house would have to be pet friendly as I have a 12 year old cute, cuddly cat. It’s also important to me to live somewhere clean! ✨
