Looking for a furnished double room/1 bed property

Looking for a furnished double room or a 1 bed property.

Currently living in Brighton but am relocating to Weston Super Mare at the start of the year. I am moving to be closer to my partner. I will be at her house half the time so I wouldn't be around much, and she would rarely be visiting.

Some sort of a parking option is needed. £700 is my top budget. I'm looking for a place of with no minimum length of stay, signing up for an initial 6 month contract doesn't suit me.

I'm very laid back (the Australian in me), friendly, respectable and clean. I have shared properties for many years so know what it makes to be a good housemate, haven't had any complaints so far!
