Looking for a furnished double room/1 bed property

Looking for a furnished double room or a studio/ 1bed property.

Currently living in a studio room attached to a family home, have been here for a year, but with a couple of months travel I left to save 2 months worth of rent. They can provide an excellent reference.

I will be at my partner's most of the time so I wouldn't actually be around much.

Some sort of a parking option is needed, street is fine. Ensuite is a bonus but can consider without one.

I'm looking for a place of with no minimum or initial 3 month length of stay, with the option to extend. I am not interested in signing up for an initial 6 month contract, I have been locked in to a couple of unhappy house share contracts in the past.

I'm very laid back (the Australian in me), friendly, respectable and clean. I have shared properties for many years so know what it makes to be a good housemate, haven't had any complaints so far!
