Looking for a furnished double room

Currently living in Brighton but am relocating to Weston Super Mare at the start of the year. I am moving to be closer to my girlfriend who lives there. I will be at her house most the week/weekends so I wouldn't be around much, and she would rarely be visiting.

Looking for a double room in a furnished property. Some sort of a parking option is needed. £700 is my top budget. I'm looking for a place of a minimum of 3months, with the choice to extend. Signing up for an initial 6 month contract doesn't suit me.

I'm very laid back (the Australian in me), friendly, respectable and clean. I have shared properties for many years so know what it makes to be a good housemate, haven't had any complaints so far!
