Creative soul hoping to draw in the perfect home

PRIVATE LANDLORDS ONLY REPLY PLEASE THANK YOU - I am open to a number of possibilities, either sharing, preferably no more than 'two' others in a home, preference is to be with one other if sharing a space. I feel I am respectful lady and keep the homes I live in to a high standard, but with a relaxed and chilled feel. I personally do not smoke and so therefore I would appreciate others to not smoke around my space. If I shared a home I would hope smokers are kind enough to do this outside of the shared areas and not indoors. I prefer a home that is relaxed and where others are thoughtful and mindful. I am very easy going and fun to be around. I also work very hard and extremely passionate about my job as a children's writer & illustrator. I love creating, crafts and art, writing songs, poetry and up-cycling furniture. I do enjoy watching live bands when we can! ;-) I like to think I am a positive person and try to bring happiness into other peoples lives. I am a generous, caring person, an attentive listener and problem solver. I am a devoted mum to my beautiful grown up daughter, we have an amazing bond and I am truly blessed to be a part of her life..
I hope to find like-minded souls to share a living experience with myself and my little four legged friend (shown in the pics) on this journey in life :-)
