Professional Searching for a Room

I am Jun and I will be relocating to Kent in May 2021 as I will be submitting my PhD thesis in chemistry soon and starting a new job there.

I am looking for a double room with an en-suite in the listed cities/towns.

I am ideally looking to share a flat or house with 1 or 2 professionals who like to occasionally hangout together, especially during these difficult times.

The ideal place is located near public transport to facilitate my commute to Sandwich because I will not be able to work from home.

As I am currently living in London, I would like to see pictures and know the details of the property (e. g. available furniture and facilities) prior to arranging an in-person viewing.

Finally, I am only interested in places with no pets and where bills are included in the rent.
