Room required for new job.

Hi, im looking for somewhere as close to Flamingoland as possible, or with a bus service to get me there for work.

Quiet as a mouse.
Very clean and tidy.
Friendly and happy person.
Always willing to help out around the house/garden, dog-walking, or anything else required.

Unfortunately i smoke. I dont smoke a lot and would never dream of smoking in someones house but i understand why people say no smokers at all. If your preference is no smoking i havent ignored your request i just need to try anything.

I really need to find something fast.
