Looking for a new flat mate! 🫶🏻

Hello! I’m looking for a new flat mate to join me in my flat in Ancoats. My friend is moving out with her boyfriend and so I am looking for someone who can move into her room on 13 April (but can be flexible with dates!)

The flat is situated in Ancoats right next to New Islington tram stop and a 5/10 minute walk to Piccadilly Station. The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed (with under bed storage), two bedside drawers, chest of drawers and wardrobe. You will also have your own bathroom! The flat also has a gym and terrace.

I’m a projects lawyer and work in the office most of the week (usually 1-2 days working from home). I’m looking for a nice, clean and tidy flat mate who will be up for the odd coffee and cocktail night out now and again!
