Hey, I’m Joe, 28, full-time professional working remotely in sales for a US company. I’m looking to buddy up with someone to find a flat in Manchester city centre (Ancoats, Northern Quarter, Green Quarter ideally but anywhere central really).
Looking to move back to the Manchester city centre with a flatmate. Got several nice 2 beds lined up just need that additional person.
I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I’m after a calm place rather than a party flat, but I’m still sociable and enjoy weekend drinks. I’m clean, pay bills on time, and pull my weight around the house.
Outside of work, I’m usually at the gym, boxing, reading, or cooking. I work remotely so will be around the place in the day but I do venture out to work in other locations.
What I’m after:
Manchester city centre or nearby
Ideally a modern flat with good natural light
Budget: around £800 pcm each
Move-in: between now and Jan
Prefer double bedrooms, furnished
