Looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment (Not shared)

Me (student) and my boyfriend (professional) are looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment in the city center (NO studios or shared accommodation) also open to look at houses. It can also be very close to Jubilee campus. Ideally in the price range of 600-800 without bills or 900-1000pcm (with bills and furnished). Open to see slightly higher priced but only below 1100. Looking to stay from the end of June/1st July for 1 year but can extend to 2 years depending.

Requirements:
- Parking/parking permit
- Dishwasher
- Washing Machine
- Induction or electric hob
- Recently refurbished/modern/luxury
- Wooden floor or relatively new carpets
- Can be unfurnished, part unfurnished or furnished depending on price

Preferred: bathtub, balcony, not ground floor, elevator
