Well mannered, respectful, tidy and studious 2nd year Reading Uni student seeking a nice, quiet, but sociable house share, double room with en-suite, must have garden/peaceful outside space and ideally off-street parking. Can rent from earlier than 1st July to secure the right room. Happy to share with other like-minded students or professionals. Ideally would like to be within 20mins walk of Uni library.
