Professional Male looking for the right place.

I am a professional male aged 56 looking for a double room/ on suite or a Annexe or a loft conversion. I am available to move from 13/06/2023.
I am clean tidy and will be respectful of the property I will move into. I like my own space when home and work early hours until late 4 days a week . I sleep a lot early evenings around 8-9 so no noisy houses etc please.
I work for a high end Organic Company dealing in Organic produce , collecting and distributing to high end establishments in London mainly.
My hobbies are Cycling which to be honest is less these days since moving back from Cyrus after 38 years.
I also like walking, jogging and keeping fit when possible.
I come from a background in Hospitality, I was a chef for years in my Fathers Restaurants so you might get lucky and try my food 😀
I am also chatty, friendly and very easy to get on with . I’m more like a 46 year old than a 56 old man attitude 😂 thanks for reading and learning a little about me.
