MSc student looking for spare room / house share

I am student starting a MSc at Exeter in September 2021 and looking for a spare room in a house share for a 12 month contract.

My student loan only covers my course fees, not rent, so I am hoping to keep prices as low as possible - under £120/week including bills OR under £110/week excluding bills. My course is at Streatham Campus so would prefer a property within a 25 minute walk.

I am very easy going and make friends easily. I have just spent 3 years at Plymouth Uni in various house shares so I am considerate of other peoples space and keep very tidy. I enjoy going out / staying in and socialising but also know when to give people personal space.

I don’t have many preferences for house mates and get on with males and females equally. As long as people are friendly! However, I would prefer ages to stay in a 19-27 bracket / other students.
