31y/o Professional Seeks Studio Flat in RG1/2

Hello!

I'm Ellen and I'm looking for somewhere to live when I start my new job on the 5th of May. I currently live in Bedford, so need a bit of notice before a viewing, but other than that, I am good to go!

I'm looking for a studio or one bed flat in the RG1/2 areas.
Location is very important to me as I don't drive; my new job is in the industrial estate just off Rose Kiln Lane, so I am ideally looking for somewhere within a 20ish minute walk of there.

I'm looking for somewhere comfortable with a friendly and reliable landlord. I'm not that fussed about size - as long as there's room for a double bed and desk, I'm happy.

£1050pcm is my budget, but I can be flexible on that if bills are included in the rent.

As a tenant, I am considerate and responsive. I'm pretty quiet most of the time, so am not going to disturb any neighbours. I pay my rent on time and can provide a reference from my current landlady in Bedford.

With my work start date approaching, I'm hoping to get this sorted fairly quickly. However, due to work commitments, I'm unable to attend any viewings until next week (April 27th).
Once I've been to see a property I like, though, I do prefer the process to go quickly, and can sign contracts/send deposits/other important stuff without delay (provided the contract and deposit and other important stuff is reasonable!)
