Whole Property Required

We are a couple in our late 40s that are looking to rent a whole property, somewhere to call home until sale of two properties go through then we can buy.
We are looking for an entire property that has a garden big enough for a shed or already has a workshop as my partner works from home. He is a carpenter/prop maker. I am an accounts assistant but due to the pandemic i now work as an online shopper for a supermarket. We are very quite people and are now looking to move after spending the last five years caring and living for/with and elderly relative who has sadly passed away. We respect other people and their property. The issue we have is we do not have any references as mentioned lived with a relative. We are just looking for somebody to give us a chance and somewhere to live until we buy a property. We do not want to share so looking for a whole property.
