Looking for flat or buddy up

Hello! I'm moving to Birmingham for a new job with the Canal and River Trust and I'm hoping to find somewhere/buddy up around the city centre/jewellery quarter. I start my job in January but would ideally move in December.

I'm looking for a double room and it really would help if the flat had allocated parking as I will be getting a car for the job. I'd be working from home most of the time and travelling a few times a month.

I'm a friendly guy and I enjoy bouldering, gaming and cycling. I'm tidy, sociable and I'd definitely be up for hanging out but enjoy some quiet time too and respect that everyone needs it from time to time! It would obviously be great to get on well with each other so feel free to ask any questions, its best to know everything up front!
