Looking for room in Manchester city centre

I am an easy going 26 year old, currently working in tech in South Manchester. I'm loving my work and looking to move back into town after a brief stint at my parent's to save some money.

A bit about me and my living habits - I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, with minimal clutter. But i'm not obsessive over it, I appreciate things aren't going to be spotless all the time. I'm ideally looking for someone who is independent and has their own thing going but is also looking to hang out together from time to time. Looking for a healthy balance. I've no issue with friends being invited over, of course! But i work Monday - Friday so would prefer to keep louder nights to a weekend.

It would be great to find a flatmate where we can make the shared living space a comfortable place to hang out.

I am into sports (Gym, running, hiking, climbing, cycling), films, guitar, documentaries, gaming. Im very open minded and will get involved with just about anything if it seems interesting.

If you think we'd be a good fit as flatmates, it would be great to grab a drink and chat some more about it. Im available to move out ASAP. Let me know.
