Your New Flatmate - Keyword: Clean

Hello beautiful people!! 😁

I am moving from London to Liverpool in July, and so I am looking for a place to live. Ideally, in a walking distance to the city centre (or even cycling?). I would love to create and enjoy warm-home environment that allows everyone to feel free being themselves (up to 4 flatmates MAX). Living room is a must and balcony or garden a big plus! Keeping the common areas clean and tidy is also a must, and a deal breaker if you don't do so (nothing crazy in it - just to be respecting each other).

I am working in hospitality as a bartender as well as a freelancer photographer/filmmaker. That means I also spend time at home (eg while editing). I never say no to a cooking challenge, gossiping with a cup of coffee (yeah, I do have a Nespresso machine) or getting mental over a night drink. If you are creative, in any possible aspect, you are my type!
