26M professional looking to join flatshare/buddyup

Hello! Ciao! 👋

I'm Lorenzo, a 26-year-old from Italy, and I’ve been living in the London for the past 2 years. I work as a software engineer, and I do a mix of office and WFH (usually two days from the office in Soho and the rest from home).

I'm a relatively quiet person, tidy, and responsible. I enjoy running, exploring London, travelling, going to concerts, and occasionally playing the drums, and a clean house 🙂

After years of mixed experiences living in larger house shares, I’m now looking for something smaller, ideally a couple of people I can feel comfortable living with and trust, who share a similar attitude to keeping a home.

I'm open to:
• Buddying up to find a new place together, or
• Moving into a place you already have if you're looking for a new housemate!

I don't ask for much, my requirements are a double bed and a desk.
I’m flexible on location as long as the commute to central London is reasonable.

I currently live in East London (Zone 2), and I would like to stay in the same area (around Victoria Park). I'm only moving out due to our landlord deciding to renovate the flat and then move in (we're basically getting kicked out), so I've been given 2 months to find a place, meaning that my move in date is the sooner the better.

Ideally, you're a working professional who’s clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. I'm up for a friendly dynamic at home - whether we become friends or just coexist peacefully, I’m happy either way!
One last thing as I like being upfront: if you are the type of person who leaves shared areas messy, plays loud music at home, smokes indoors, or generally isn’t mindful of others, we probably won’t be a good fit so please skip lol
