Looking for a friendly flat!!

I am on the search for a new houseshare! I've been in a lovely Holloway houseshare for 3.5 years but sadly coming to an end as the landlord is selling. I'm 28, working as a civil servant, and hoping to keep calling North London my home.

I would love to join a friendly and social house. I enjoy a mix of a few beers out and chilled nights in, with the occasional night out mixed in! Ideally looking for somewhere with nice living room to chill in the evenings - big fan of a communal meal. Equally I've got my own stuff going on and will likely be out and about a fair bit. I think my current housmates would vouch for me being a respectful, clean and friendly flatmate, and I promise I won't steal your milk. Ideally looking to share with other professionals in their 20/30s.

I mostly work from the office but ideally a few days a week from home - so enough space for a desk would be great.

I am available to move asap really and have a budget of £950pcm ish. Happy to wait a bit longer for the right place.
