Looking to buddy up or find a place with 1 person

Hello, I'm looking for just one flatmate to live with either in a buddy up situation or if there's already an available room to rent. Preferable move in date would be anytime from September - November and my budget is £700PCM max. I work in e-commerce and I am aspiring to become a film colourist so most of the time you can catch me chilling on my laptop, I love to be social but also appreciate my own and others space.

I enjoy watching movies, going for walks in the sun, riding my bike and it would also be best to mention that I enjoy smoking weed and don't mind at all about smoking it outside only if it bothers you. Get in touch if you would like to buddy up or have a room available!
