Looking for somewhere to stay.

Hello, my name is Ashton, I'm a 23 year old currently in a complex situation. Due to fleeing domestic abuse at the hands of an ex, I lost my flat and am currently juggling looking for work and sofa surfing with friends, however would like to find somewhere more permanent whilst I get my life back on track.

I am a clean, respectful and polite individual that just wants to get back to some level of normalcy again. I have had an extensive work history within both the telesales and security industries respectively, and have plenty of interpersonal ability.

First things first, the awkward bit. I am currently on Universal Credit, and as such have a limited budget. I understand that people on benefits have a bad reputation as tenants, but the Universal Credit office has policies in place that should rent be agreed, it would be paid directly from them to you without that money ever being present in my own bank account. Therefore rent would always be paid IN FULL and ON TIME.

I'm a flexible person and whilst having some preferences (listed below) I am more than eager to compromise and cooperate with those I may potentially live with, to have a home experience desired by all parties in a pleasant manner.

I'm looking to live with 1-3 others that have similar interests as to make socialisation easier, as well as mean we all share some common ground and I can have ideas for perhaps house social nights, whether that be gaming together, going to the pub, or something else! I do perfectly fine with pets as I have had several between households, and will happily chip in to take care of them and handle responsibilities should the owner be absent.

I play videogames a fair sum at my fiance's place, and am training to play professionally in tournaments in E-Sports which would inevitably transfer to my new living space, however understand that with the needs of others should quiet be required or desired, I can simply switch to something that doesn't require as much communication or even so turn off for a period of time.
