East london room wanted from 8th October 2026!

Hi!
I’m Jake, 28, originally from the North, and I’ve lived in East London for the last six years. I’m currently spending a few months in Stockholm on a short-term sabbatical and will be moving back to London from 8th October 2026.

I work in digital health, and outside of work I’m a semi-professional dancer, a keen cook and generally pretty active. I love exploring London, particularly the East London sauna, cold plunge and wellness scene, and I’m always up for trying new restaurants, bars and events.

I’m looking for a friendly, sociable house share in East London. I’m clean, considerate and easy-going, and I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep. I’m happy being sociable with housemates but equally respectful of everyone’s own space and routines.

Ideally looking for a room in a well-kept flat/house with good communal space in East London: Stratford (ideal), Hackney Wick, Canary Wharf, Canning Town, Bow and Docklands.

Move-in: Mid-October 2026
Budget: Around £1.1k per month including bills (can be flexible depending on the room).
