Professional working man, none smoker

Hi I'm looking for a room to rent in or around lincoln. I work 3 day week as a bus driver and when I'm off I go back to Birmingham to my partners, so won't be there all the time. I would prefer someone with a spare room to rent rather than a house share but I would consider it. At moment I'm living on my narrowboat but need to sell it, hence I'm looking to rent a room.
