Hey all!

My name is Ash. After 15 years in Walthamstow and many more in shared houses, I’m ready to leave the "living with many" life behind. I’m looking for one like-minded professional to find a 2-bedroom place with me.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐞:
I’m a woman in my 40s, a long-term Londoner, Single, Child free and a bubbly, busy creative. Very left leaning (human rights are not a compromise) By day, I’ve worked in events for a government organisation for over a decade; by night, I’m involved in the creative arts (in various ways). I’m often out and about, but when I’m home, I value a space that is peaceful, clean, and welcoming.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:
I’m looking for a buddy-up only—not a room in an existing flat. I have enough furniture to beautifully furnish an entire living room and kitchen, so we can avoid the "rental furniture" vibe and create something stylish and comfortable together.

I’m open to a few areas: Walthamstow, Leyton(stone), Greenwich, Stratford, Bethnal Green, or around Angel/Highbury & Islington.
My "𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀" are:
Lots of natural light and space.
A big kitchen with a gas hob (non-negotiable!).
A little bit of outdoor space.
Close to a Tube station.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐞:
I’m looking for someone mature (emotionally and otherwise!) who wants to treat a home like a home, not just a place to sleep. I can "talk for England," so I’d love someone who enjoys a good chat and the occasional glass of wine or shared dinner, but also respects that we both have busy, independent lives.
