Professional looking to buddy-up?

Hiya!

I’m currently looking for a buddy-up I'm looking to move end of July-ish but can be a little sooner if the right place comes about.

I’m a long term Londoner, single, child free, and a bubbly, busy creative. Politically very left leaning and an omnivore who enjoys a wine or two. I love playing board games and have loads. I work in events but I’m also involved in the creative arts in various forms.

I’m often out living life, but when I’m home I tend to chill, I want a space that feels genuinely welcoming rather than “temporary sofa” vibe. I want to create a space that is home and not just somewhere to sleep. I’m always happy to have roomies friends around or if you have someone visiting.

I’ve spent a really long time living in big house shares and I’m ready to share a space with just one other. I own most regular household furniture i. e. big corner couch, Bookshelf, Dining table/chairs etc as well as all the kitchen stuff.

So, if you want to move somewhere, where you don’t have to worry about buying new items, this could be ideal for you.

I’m open to: Walthamstow, Greenwich, Stratford, Bethnal Green, Angel/Highbury & Islington, Leyton/Leytonstone and even further. I think a nice home and tube is more important.

Someone respectful, I want a home rather than just somewhere to crash, and are tidy without being terrifying about it.
I can talk for England (of course not all the time), so it’d be lovely if you enjoy a good chat, a shared dinner, or the odd glass of wine — but also fully respect that we both have busy, independent lives and don’t need to debrief every minute of them.
