Basic London Room or studio required

Hello,

I am an engineer working in international trade thus travelling often.

I want to rent a small room or studio in or around London.

I spend a significant amount of time while travelling so i am after a basic, low cost accomodation.

I like keeping clean and tidy, quite good at minding my own business but available for chat or if a hand is needed.

I would prefer to be with civilized people who are capable of cleaning after themselves and mind other people when acting.

I dont smoke or do drugs, I consume alcohol occasionally for professional purposes.

i dont have a pet but i dont mind having pets around.

I hobbies are walking and learning a little bit of everything if i have the opportunity.
