Affordable room in Plymouth

I am looking for a room in a house share which is in walking distance to the city centre, ideally in Mutley. I currently live with just my live in landlord, so I'm open to something like that or alternatively a house share with no more than 4 other people. I don't smoke and have lived in house shares before, so I'm used to helping keep the house tidy :) Message me if you have something suitable
