Single or double room wanted

Moving to Falmouth to start a new job towards the end of June. I'm from Ireland but I'm currently based in Cheshire. I don't smoke and I am clean and tidy. I will be working normal hours Monday - Friday and occasionally will work offshore for a couple of weeks. I like to socialise with flatmates whether it be staying in watching movies or going out for food/drinks. I go to the gym everyday and live a fairly routine based lifestyle. I'm pretty laid back about who I live with.
