Looking for a double room

Hi!

Im a professional working in an office looking for a double room in a shared flat with ideally max 1 person, could go with 2, with a built in wardrobe in the room, in Leith or within easy access to Cannonmills by walk.

Originally from France but I have been living in the UK for 14 years

I'm single, childfree and pretty easy going, respect people's privacy i'm also up for a chat and beer. I like my alone time too!

I love cooking, gaming, drawing, watching 80's sci Fi movies and going to gigs and pubs.

I have a 28 days notice to give to my current landlord ideally.

Im intressted in buying up as it is quite hard to find somewhere.
