Accomadation required ASAP

Hi, I'm Kelly and I am looking for a whole property to rent - possibly a winter holiday let or a property which was a holiday let and the owner is willing to rent longer tern but on the same agreement as renting a room . I work a lot during the week and am away at least 1 weekend a month. All areas / accomadaton considered - I would ideally like my own bathroom and have access to kitchen *I like to cook healthy meals* / washing machine if possible. Friendly, socal person but respectful of others personal space.
Non smoker, no pets, clean and tidy.
